Cancellation Policy:

As a consideration to other guests & your therapist, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service. You can cancel or change your appointment online (fastest) or by calling us at 619-228-3500.

In-Spa Phone Policy:

Out of consideration for other guests and to be sure to achieve full benefit of your treatment, please make sure your cell phone is off or on silent mode.

Return Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with a product please let us know within 14 days of purchase. Simply bring in your unopened product in for an exchange of product or credit valid towards any product purchase at the studio. If your product is opened, a 20% restocking fee applies.
